JOSEPH MOHAN
Composer
ABOUT
Joseph Mohan is a composer whose work is featured in films, series, and video games worldwide. Upon moving to Los Angeles in 2021, his musical versatility helped define Bill Posley’s horror feature, BITCH ASS, 2022 SXSW Audience Award winner (Quiver), and supported BCC Media’s upcoming open-world game adventure release, GATE ZERO. His work can also be heard in Disney’s YU-GI-OH! SEVENS, Apple TV’s political thriller SUPER LEAGUE: THE WAR FOR FOOTBALL, Telemundo's gripping GAME OF LIES, and the eclectic and hyped score of BlueEpoch‘s REVERSE: 1999.
Classically trained as a pianist at Juilliard and enthused with non-classical ways of telling stories, Joseph has contributed orchestrations to several projects including AVATAR: FRONTIERS OF PANDORA (Ubisoft), ROSALINE (Hulu), and LOOK BOTH WAYS (Netflix). His expertise with contemporary vocal arrangement also saw him assist the music teams on CENTRAL PARK (Apple TV) and HOCUS POCUS 2 (Disney).
When not making music, Joseph can be found racing squirrels, cars, and other cyclists on his bike around Los Angeles, and loves making espressos. He is proud to be mentored by Lawrence Shragge as a part of USC’s Screen Scoring Class of 2024.
